The Senior Employee Relations Advisor role is a critical position within the employee relations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality advice on complex employee relations issues, contributing to policy development, and managing complex cases.
This full-time, ongoing role requires extensive professional experience in contemporary employee relations practice and legislation. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work as part of a team and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The Senior Employee Relations Advisor will provide senior level support and advice within the employee relations team, lead and contribute to the development and improvement of employee relations policies relevant to Catholic schools, and provide an advocacy service in Fair Work Commission and other tribunals as required.
