Robex Resources is a dual‐listed (TSX‐V and ASX) West African gold producer with expanding operations across Mali and Guinea.
We operate the Nampala Gold Mine in Mali, with life of mine recently extended to December 2026. In February 2026, Robex achieved commercial production at the Kiniero Gold Project in Guinea, marking its first commercial gold shipment on 11 February 2026.
Following our merger with Predictive Discovery (PDI), the combined group is positioned to become a ~400,000 oz per annum West African mid‐tier gold producer with a growing corporate office in Perth.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our newly established Perth team, reporting to the Group Treasurer. This is a hands‐on, high‐impact role covering liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, FX and commodity exposure management, debt compliance, and treasury reporting across a multi‐jurisdictional gold business. You'll work closely with senior finance leadership as Robex scales into a larger, multi‐asset producer.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily Group cash and liquidity management
* Review and allocate funding across subsidiaries
* Prepare short‐ and long‐term cash flow forecasts and variance analysis
* Maintain debt models, covenant reporting and lender deliverables
* Assist with short- and long-term funding strategy and planning for the Group
* Develop and execute FX and commodity hedging strategies
* Provide monthly treasury reporting and analytics
* Enhance treasury processes, controls and models
* Build strong relationships with banks, finance teams and operational sites
About You
* 5+ years' experience in a similar treasury or banking role.
* Strong knowledge of FX, liquidity, debt and hedging instruments
* Excellent Excel and analytical skills
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management capability
* Experience in mining/resources is highly regarded
