Key responsibilitiesof this roleinclude,but are not limited to:
* Support,coachand guide a team of service technicians;
* Allocate and dispatch work based on skills,availabilityand priorities;
* Plan and schedule programmed and reactivemaintenance;
* Serve as the main point of contact for client requests and job updates;
* Track job progress while keeping clients and technicians informed;
* Assistwith quoting, inventory and procurement whenrequired;
* MaintainaccurateCRM job records and documentation;
* Ensurelicenses,inductions,permitsand SWMS are up to date;
* Apply a compliance focused mindset across all operations, and;
The ideal candidate will be equipped with the following attributes:
* Proven experience in scheduling,coordinatingor leading a small team;
* 3+ years' experience in a service-based industry (mechanical, electrical,miningor similar);
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems;
* Willingness to learn technical aspects of safety equipment;
* Adaptability and readiness to handle multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn;
* Exemplary understanding of compliance rules and ability to act as a role model in upholding and promoting compliance standards, and;
* Excellent attention to detail and customer focus, stakeholder management, influencing,analytical, planning, scheduling, problem solving,facilitation, negotiation, interpersonal, and verbal & written communication skills, and;
* A Current Driving Licence.
