Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage daily operations across fleet, drivers and logistics teams
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, CoR and regulatory standards
* Monitor and facilitate repairs and maintenance of vehicles and equipment
* Drive productivity, innovation and commercial improvement across every touchpoint
* Deliver exceptional customer service and industry‐leading DIFOT results
* Manage budgets, forecasts and P&L performance with strong commercial discipline
* Build and nurture high‐performing teams with a focus on safety, accountability and growth
Qualifications & Experience
* Extensive experience in logistics, transport & warehouse leadership at a senior level.
* Solid financial acumen, experienced in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management and commercial decision‐making.
* Exceptional knowledge and understanding of HSE and COR requirements.
* SAP, WMS & TMS knowledge will be highly regarded (Ramco experience is preferred)
* The ability to balance growth ambitions with safety, compliance and service excellence.
* Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring high‐performing teams.
