Offer description

Ipswich & West Brisbane Region, Queensland

Easy Hearing Audiology invites expressions of interest from experienced audiologists with a strong interest or specialty in vestibular and audiovestibular diagnostics to join our expanding diagnostic division, NeuroVesti Diagnostics.

This is a rare opportunity to work in a specialist vestibular diagnostic service operating under neurologist-led clinical oversight, with a strong focus on advanced diagnostic assessment, interpretation, and clinical reporting.

This position is particularly suited to hospital audiologists or senior clinicians seeking a more specialised clinical role in vestibular diagnostics within a well-supported and growing private diagnostic service.

This opportunity is currently offered as a part-time role (2 days per week), with potential for expansion as the service continues to grow.

NeuroVesti Diagnostics is the specialist diagnostic division of Easy Hearing Audiology, established to provide advanced audiovestibular diagnostic services to the Ipswich and West Brisbane region.

The service operates in close collaboration with:

·Vestibular physiotherapists

NeuroVesti Diagnostics is designed as a comprehensive diagnostic service for dizziness, vertigo, and complex audiovestibular presentations.

The service provides comprehensive vestibular diagnostic assessments, including pre‐cochlear implant vestibular evaluation, advanced peripheral and central vestibular testing, and detailed diagnostic reporting for medical specialists.

Predominantlyvestibular diagnostic services are bulk billed under Medicare, improving access to specialist vestibular diagnostics within the community. Therefore the candidate must be familiar with medicare compliance requirements.

NeuroVesti Diagnostics is being developed with the vision of becoming a tertiary-level vestibular diagnostic centre in the region, supporting neurologists, ENT surgeons, and other medical specialists with advanced vestibular investigations that are often only available in major hospital settings.

Planned and upcoming developments include:

·Expanded vestibular diagnostic services to the paediatric population

·Additional advanced diagnostic equipment, including rotary chair testing

·Expanded neurologist-led diagnostic and rehabilitation programs

Key diagnostic areas include:
