The Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated Site Installation Supervisor to coordinate modular building installations across WA. Based in Wangara, this role involves statewide travel and offers the chance to become a key member of a growing team.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supervise installation crews and subcontractors on modular projects.
* Conduct pre-sales site inspections and recommend delivery strategies.
* Coordinate materials and labour for site installations.
* Attend pre-delivery inspections and ensure quality standards.
* Lead HSEQ compliance and promote a strong safety culture.
* Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain timelines.
* Communicate with stakeholders and provide weekly updates.
* Complete client handovers and manage defect rectifications.
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 5–7 years' experience in construction site supervision.
* Proven experience in modular building installation (essential).
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Databuild/Onsite Companion experience advantageous.
* Willingness to travel (3–4 nights per month).
* Solid understanding of HSEQ requirements and workplace safety legislation.
