Our Mission

We support people to build capacity and reach meaningful outcomes through collaborative, therapeutic care. We deliver this through the provision of Allied Health, Youth Residential, Support Coordination, Lifestyle Support and Out of Home Care services across South East Queensland

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced House Manager to lead a team of Youth Workers in a residential setting. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality care for young people, supporting their wellbeing, and creating a safe, home-like environment underpinned by trauma-informed practice.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and supervise a team of Youth Workers, providing coaching, support, and performance management.
* Ensure compliance with HSQS, Child Protection Regulations 2023, and Standards of Care.
* Coordinate daily operations, including rostering, incident reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
* Maintain and review support plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
* Foster a positive team culture aligned with Well Life Services’ values.
* Participate in on-call duties and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

* Essential: Actively studying towards or hold a Diploma in Child, Youth & Family Intervention, Community Services, or similar
* Demonstrated leadership experience in the human services sector.
* Strong understanding of child protection legislation and trauma-informed care.
* Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
* Current Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR, and QLD Driver’s Licence.
