About The Role As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you will be offered a permanent role, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of equipment, mechanical projects, and operational environments in both open cut and underground mining. Your responsibilities will include:
Applying engineering principles to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant and equipment Participating in design projects, overhauls, and shutdowns Supporting planning, specification, procurement, and introduction of site equipment Collaborating with maintenance teams and supervising mechanical works Identifying opportunities for timely, cost-effective modifications to improve efficiency, reliability, and safety Working alongside tradespeople, supervisors, and managers to deliver engineering solutions You will be placed on a rotational program to experience multiple sites, fast tracking your knowledge of our business and the industry.
