We are on the lookout for a motivated individual with a positive attitude and a passion for developing their culinary career. You'll be eager to build your skills and gain experience across a variety of kitchen operations and styles.
In this role, you will produce a wide range of high-quality dishes while upholding strict hygiene and food safety standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your genuine and friendly personality will make you a great fit for our dynamic and professional culinary team.
What We Need From You
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2–3 years' culinary experience (experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is highly desirable)
* Grill experience (advantageous)
* Experience working with food safety systems such as HACCP (desirable)
* Strong attention to detail
* A genuine enthusiasm to learn
You must also be able to work a rotating roster, including late evenings, weekends, and public holidays, and hold valid Australian working rights.
