A leading global B2B technology business is looking for a Finance Manager to step in on a 14 month maternity leave cover.
This is an immediate start and a fully remote role, open to candidates based anywhere in Australia.
You will lead a small offshore and onshore finance team and act as the senior finance contact for the region.
You will report into the Head of Finance based overseas and work closely with the local customer and commercial teams on budgets, forecasts, billing and performance insights.
This role suits someone who enjoys owning the numbers end to end, partnering with the business, and working confidently in a remote and global setup.
What you will be doing
* Owning month end close and reporting for the region
* Leading and reviewing the work of a Financial Accountant in Australia and an Assistant Accountant in Manila
* Providing clear insights on performance, variances, and trends
* Overseeing audits, statutory reporting, payroll and compliance across multiple countries
* Working closely with group finance and FP&A on reporting and analysis
What we are looking for
* CA or CPA qualified
* Solid background in financial accounting or finance management within a multi entity or regional role
* Hands on experience with NetSuite
* Strong Excel skills and confidence explaining numbers to non finance stakeholders
* Comfortable working remotely and across different time zones
* Proactive, organised, and happy to take ownership
