ABOUT THE ROLE As the Store Person for the Mobile Maintenance, you will be responsible for the operation of the parts and tool stores, in a safe and efficient manner.
Other duties include collecting parts from Paddington and local suppliers as required.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory requirements and health and safety regulations.
Knowledge of Purchase Orders and such.Regular inspections of the work area to identify hazards, damage and defects.Weekly inspection of tooling to ensure compliance to health and safety regulations e.g.
rigging inspections and all tagging up to date.Assist with completing planned maintenance and servicing.Assisting with repairs of the HME fleet, where required.Regular inspections of tools and equipment, ensuring good working order.Responsible management of parts allocation to Work Orders.Continuously review work tasks and jobs to identify opportunities for improvement.Communicate actively and openly with the direct supervisor.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE At least 12 months of previous experience as a mobile store person in the mining industry.
(Essential)Current, unrestricted Western Australian Class "HR" Driver's Licence.
