Admin Team Member – Allied Health

About the Role
This role is based in our Rockhampton clinic on East Street.
We’re offering a full-time role, Monday to Friday.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in keeping the clinic running smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Welcoming clients and creating a positive first impression
* Managing appointments and clinician schedules
* Responding to phone and email enquiries
* Processing payments, including NDIS and Medicare
* Maintaining accurate client records and confidentiality
* Supporting the team with general admin tasks
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Warm, approachable, and professional
* Organised and able to manage a busy workload
* Confident in communicating with a range of people
* Proactive and happy to take initiative
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Experience in allied health or medical reception is highly regarded, particularly if you’re familiar with NDIS and Medicare processes - but not essential.
Requirements:
* Current Blue Card (Working with Children) or willingness to obtain
* NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card) or willingness to obtain
* Strong computer skills
