About The Role
The primary purpose of this role is building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients within the Oil & Gas, Mining, and Renewable Energy sectors. Negotiating, reviewing and managing commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Specific Responsibilities
The role will be key in developing and maintaining key relationships and maintaining contracts in line with the Qube Business Masterplan within Qube Energy:Develop strategy and business plans each financial year in conjunction with Qube operational teams to achieve the Qube Group targets and goalsPromote the Qube brands to clients within the portfolio. Sales and business reports in line management requirements. Lead in the negotiation of contracts with customers. Management and coordinating with customers on all issues regarding their contracts.
Position Impact:
Key client relationship development and maintenance. Contract renewalRevenue and EBIT enhancement. Development of the brand. Promotion of the brand.
Qualifications And Experience
Minimum of 10 years in commercial/operations, with a focus on Oil & Gas, Mining, or Renewable Energy sectors. Tertiary qualifications in warehousing, logistics, business or related discipline highly regarded. Sound knowledge of contract management in Oil and Gas, Mining, or Renewable Energy industry practices. Experience in achieving results through quality management and continuous improvement. concepts. Proven problem-solving ability with a solutions orientation. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people. Advanced skills using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolution. Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment. Ability to work well within a small team environment.
