Rosso Coffee is a Melbourne-based specialty coffee roaster driven by quality, relationships, and coffee culture. We’re looking for a passionate and commercially minded Sales Representative & Coffee Brand Ambassador to help grow our wholesale network, drive direct-to-consumer sales, and champion the Rosso brand both externally and within our venues.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role suited to someone who loves building relationships, talking coffee, and representing a premium brand in market.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll play a key role in growing Rosso Coffee across wholesale, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels. You’ll secure new wholesale partnerships, nurture existing accounts, support retail and online sales growth, and help foster a strong internal coffee culture through training and quality control.
You’ll also act as a brand ambassador, representing Rosso Coffee at events, tastings, and activations while delivering exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
* Grow and manage a portfolio of wholesale customers
* Prospect, pitch, and convert new wholesale accounts aligned with the Rosso brand
* Identify opportunities to increase volume, range, and engagement across accounts
* Support growth of in-store retail and online direct-to-consumer sales
