A commercially astute Finance Manager to play a pivotal role within the Master Planned Communities (MPC) FP&A team to provide analysis on performance and translate this into forward looking insights for Stockland's largest and most complex portfolio.
What You'll Do
This is a high‐visibility role at the centre of Stockland's Masterplanned Communities business, supporting a multi‐billion‐dollar asset base and significant annual turnover.
As part of the MPC FP&A team, you will shape the narrative behind the numbers, translating results into clear, forward‐looking insights that inform executive decision‐making, investor reporting and market messaging.
Operating as a key connection point between Financial Control, Development Finance, Enterprise Finance and Investor Relations, you will consolidate complex financial information, challenge assumptions and generate meaningful, actionable insights.

You are a finance professional who enjoys operating at scale and complexity, and who is energised by roles that combine technical rigour with strategic influence. Experience & Key Requirements
1. Deliver clear, insightful analysis of financial results and performance to the senior stakeholders.
2. Oversee month‐end, half‐year and full‐year review cycles to ensure accurate, reconciled results and timely reporting.
3. Prepare and review Investor Relations submissions, portfolio reporting, capital partner reporting, and market‐facing Q&A materials.
4. Lead productivity, simplification, and process‐improvement initiatives across reporting and analysis processes.
5. Proactively engage with other finance teams and senior finance leaders to identify opportunities, manage risks, understand performance drivers and highlight key trends.
6. Analyse business performance and challenge assumptions to strengthen control, accuracy, and strategic decision‐making.
7. Ensure data integrity and appropriate accounting treatment for BU results while supporting budgeting and assumption development.
8. Assess business opportunities to optimise profit and income while ensuring risks are clearly communicated and mitigated.
9. Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, peers and internal customers in a fast‐paced environment.
10. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering capability and continuous improvement.
