**The Opportunity**
We are currently looking for a Accounts Payable & Receivable Officer to join our centralised team whose role will be focused on the timely claims of fees and outcomes associated with Joblink programs and also accounts receivable processes, with the ability to backfill an accounts payable function..
This position is a full-time role, located at Maxima's **Hindmarsh** head office.
**Responsibilities**
- Accounts Receivable and Payable processes of all DES, NDIS, NPA, PaTH and Return to Work
- Assist Finance and Claims Manager with end of month processes and management reporting
- Undertake Joblink Expense Card reconciliations.
- Maintain documentation to assist in the management, logging, payment, budgeting and reporting of customer expenditure
- Undertake Program Assurance activities to ensure timeliness of response to the Department, including liaising with the relevant staff members within Joblink.
- Participate in internal and external audits as requested
**About you**
Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience in a finance setting (accounting, bookkeeping etc)
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft word, excel and outlook
- Solid understanding of databases
You will have:
- The ability to accurately maintain quality administrative systems
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise work on multiple tasks and manage deadlines and targets
You may also have:
- Experience in the employment services industry, preferably Disability Employment Services
- Understanding of contracted Employment Services guidelines and IT systems and an understanding of the National Standards for Disability Services
You must hold or be willing to obtain a national police clearance and relevant State/Territory working with children check.
