As a pool clinician, you'll begin by supporting one of our teams to fill a current vacancy. As new opportunities arise across our mental health services, you may be offered the chance to transition to other teams—providing you with valuable experience and exposure across the diverse services within SWSLHD Community Mental Health.Future roles may become available at Ingleburn, Bankstown, Campbelltown, Ambarvale, Liverpool, Fairfield, and Wollondilly.

You are a passionate mental health professional committed to person‑centred care, demonstrating empathy, cultural awareness, and a collaborative approach when working with consumers, carers, and multidisciplinary teams. Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
* Relevant qualifications as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Psychologist currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), or qualified Social Worker eligible for registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), or CSU Graduates: Bachelor of Health Science (Mental Health).
* Please provide a detailed description of your interest and motivation in applying for this role highlighting your relevant skills & experience in providing assessment and treatment for consumers of the mental health service.
* Using an example, describe a time where you have had to work as part of a team to solve a problem. Outline the communication skills used and how you ensured the problem would not occur again.
* Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license(P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
