Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Marketing Visual Designer to act as the brand custodian across their national business.

Reporting to the Social and Digital Manager, you will support the digital and wider marketing team through the design and creation of engaging visual communication materials across digital, video, social, print, and signage.
Key Responsibilities
* Design corporate and brand documents including POS material, brochures, sales tools, and marketing assets.
* Create engaging visuals across digital, video, social, print, and signage.
* Maintain brand guidelines, templates, and digital asset libraries.
* Produce digital content including EDMs, social media graphics, and video reels.
* Retouch product images and deliver fast-turnaround artwork to a high standard.
* Design trade marketing materials inc; catalogues, packaging, and signage.
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and external partners.
* Stay across design trends, tools, and channels, contributing fresh creative ideas.
What You Bring:
* Experience developing and maintaining brand guidelines, templates, and digital asset libraries. (Minimum 4 Years)
* Strong creative and technical skills across Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; After Effects a plus).
* A track record of producing impactful design for FMCG, drinks, or related industries, either in-house or in an agency.
* Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Awareness of current design trends, tools, and channels, with a passion for contributing fresh ideas.
