Are you a skilled Cafe Manager? We're looking for a Manager to lead our hospitality operations at our café at Rockingham Tafe. If you're passionate about great food, great coffee and team leadership – we'd love to hear from you

About the Role
As the Manager, you'll be responsible for the daily operations. This includes:
* Leading a small, dedicated team to deliver high-quality service.
* Deliver quality food and beverages
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
* Support the Chef with menu planning, ordering, receiving stock and stock rotation.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a front of house supervisor role or similar
* Must be an accomplished barista
* Knowledge of the kitchen preferred but not essential
* A methodical, organised approach to work
* Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, with relevant certifications
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $35.00 – $37.35 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Rockingham WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
* Barista: 2 years (Preferred)
* Managing People: 3 years (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* Food Handling Certificate (Preferred)
* Police Clearance or the ability to obtain one (Preferred)
Work Authorisation:
* Australia (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
