Apex Services Australia is seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team on a contract basis. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high‐quality speech and language therapy services to our clients in the Perth WA 6000 area. What you'll be doing
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' speech, language, and communication needs
* Develop and implement personalised therapy plans to help clients achieve their communication goals
* Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care
* Provide education and support to clients and their families on speech and language development
* Maintain accurate client records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
* Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on the latest evidence‐based practices
What we're looking for
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology or a related field
* Current registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
* Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience working as a Speech Pathologist in a clinical setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and their families
* Strong problem‐solving and critical thinking abilities to develop tailored therapy plans
* Proficiency in the use of speech and language assessment tools and therapy techniques
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
