**About the role**:
In this stand-alone role, we are looking for a skilled HR Generalist who will recruit, support and develop talent as well as providing and advisory service to support company leaders. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, and you'll contribute to making the company a better place to work.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Reporting to the Business Manager, you will support operations and line managers with all HR functions related to the workforce
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, including the development of policies and procedures
- Maintain employee documents and records in accordance with legal and quality standards
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
- Previous experience in a human resource management or industrial relations role
- The ability to interpret Awards, Enterprise Agreements and Employment Contracts, including Fair Work
- Previous experience developing policies and procedures for the workforce
- A strong understanding of the employee life cycle
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding organisational and time-management skills
- Strong ethics and an ability to maintain confidentiality
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
