This role requires experience in Building Consultancy, specifically in Building Services (project management and/or consultancy) with a minimum of 10 years' experience managing/leading projects.
Key Requirements:
* A high-level understanding of the entire project life cycle from concept to completion.
* Ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
* Degree qualified in a related field.
* Proven organisational skills - organising your own and other people's workloads.
* An outgoing personality with management experience.
* Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and the Building Code of Australia.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with corporate real estate, finance, and government clients, and be familiar with asset owners, landlords, and facility managers. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
