The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing successful business cases, strategies, and projects that involve improved operations across people, process, and technology. They will also be responsible for growing client relationships through developing solutions and improvement initiatives that solve business challenges and lead teams in strategy and transformation engagements.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Consult on Enterprise Transformation, specializing in Corporate Experience (Strategy, Operating Model, Business Case, Process Excellence, Digital Core Transformation, and Finance Transformation)
 * Create project deliverables or streams of work within projects
 * Support business development for the sales of projects in Corporate Experience
 * Contribute to the uplift of capability in the Corporate Experience team
Required Skills:
 * 2+ years' experience in strategy, operating model, process excellence, and/or business case, ideally in a consulting environment
 * Strong client-facing core consulting skills including written and verbal communication, collaboration, and problem-solving
 * Experience in multiple industry sectors, especially public sector, financial services, energy, utilities, telco, or consumer products
