About The Role
* Calm, emotionally regulated, and consistent practice under pressure
* Strong behaviour-management and de-escalation skills with complex, high-risk students
* A trauma-informed, relationship-focused approach to supporting students
* Clear communication skills and the ability to follow Behaviour Support Plans, safety protocols, and risk controls with fidelity
* High levels of emotional regulation, resilience, and sound professional judgement
* Capacity to work safely and autonomously in unpredictable environments
* Proven experience supporting students with complex behavioural needs
* Strong understanding of WHS requirements and the ability to operate within them
