We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. If you have a passion for the industry and are eager to learn and grow, we want to hear from you.
In the role you will support the Development Manager and gain exposure to the complete lifecycle of property development.
The Position:
* Full time;
* Salary Negotiable based on experience;
* Based in central Canberra location.
Duties:
The duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
* Assist in various administrative responsibilities throughout the development planning, design, construction life-cycle.
* Manage and organise documents, schedules, and communications.
* Participate and prepare minutes as required in project site inspections, discussions, and meetings.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Tertiary qualifications or related industry experience;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Strong attention to detail;
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment;
* Self motivated have a positive attitude towards learning and developing a long term career in property development.
