THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor with a keen eye for detail and a passion for operational hotel leadership to join our team. This is a full-time position reporting to our Executive Housekeeper.
Your responsibilities include:
Supervising the Housekeeping team to ensure effective systems and operational procedures, including daily checklists, are followed.
Monitoring rosters, attendance, and productivity of the team.
Empowering individuals to develop and maintain good practices.
Driving guest satisfaction by empowering teams to exceed guest expectations.
Providing hands-on supervisory leadership in your areas.
Ensuring compliance with WHS processes and procedures.
Collaborating closely with other departments for smooth service transitions.
Assisting in on-the-job training for staff and departments.
Promoting the company's health and well-being initiatives.
ABOUT YOU:
Your skills and qualities will include:
Proven supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping operations.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
A passion for developing team skills through onboarding and training.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest service.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make decisions accordingly.
Availability for a full-time schedule.
