Receptionist / Administration Officer - Design, Estimation and Fabrication
Hazlemere Location (+ free parking on site)
$35.00/hr + Super
Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm
What will this position entail?
* Greeting all clients coming into the business
* Answering and forwarding calls
* Assisting with meeting and event preparation and planning
* Managing inventory of office supplies
* Managing all queries to the main email inbox
* Calendar management
* Other job duties as required
What are the requirements?
* Strong customer service skills and ability to professionally liaise with clients
* Previous experience in a similar reception / administrative role
* Attention to detail and competency with Microsoft Outlook
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously
* Full working rights
* Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol assessment
