Domestic Assistant – Morley and surrounds – WA

We're recruiting experienced Domestic Assistants for a permanent part‐time role (33 hours per fortnight), mainly needed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 9:00am and 3:00pm. Applicants must live in Bedford, Morley, Embleton, Bayswater, Maylands, Coolbinia, Menora, Inglewood.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‐quality support that promotes client independence.
• Deliver domestic assistance and general housekeeping tasks.
• Prepare meals and support clients with basic nutrition needs.
• Provide social support and assist clients to remain engaged in their community.
• Follow a predetermined schedule while travelling between clients' homes.
• Use a mobile app to access and follow digital schedules and care plans independently.
• Maintain unrestricted access to a reliable vehicle for travel between visits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle, appropriately insured and in good condition.
• Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan via a mobile app.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills.
