Child and Adolescent Psychologist Position
We are seeking a skilled Child and Adolescent Psychologist to join our team at the Blue Mountains Clinic. Our clinic provides a supportive and collaborative environment for psychologists to work with children and adolescents, addressing a wide range of concerns from challenging behaviour, anxiety, mood disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder, social skills difficulties, grief and loss, problems associated with family separation or family-based trauma (children in OOHC).
The ideal candidate will have experience in the assessment and treatment of ADHD, ASD and learning difficulties, as well as general child and adolescent psychology. While experience is desirable, we also welcome applications from those who are eager to develop their skills in these areas.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including those referred through GP networks and external agencies. You will be working alongside a team of experienced psychologists, providing individualised care and support to clients and their families.
To be successful in this position, you will require:
* Full registration with the Psychology Board / AHPRA.
* Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
* Current Police Check (National Police Certificate).
* Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number.
