About the role
ACROW is currently seeking Scaffolders to join our team for local projects in Northern NSW. As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding structures to support construction and maintenance activities.
What you'll be doing
* Assembling, erecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures using a variety of tools and equipment
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to scaffolding activities
* Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Scaffolder, with a minimum of 2 years' work history in the construction or maintenance industry
* A valid Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence
* Current Working at Heights and Confined Spaces tickets (dated within 2 years)
* Strong understanding of scaffolding safety standards, regulations, and best practices
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently with minimal supervision
* Physical fitness and stamina to perform physically demanding work at heights
