Hilton remains a family owned and run business and has built on our founders' vision, now operating from two modern manufacturing facilities, our main Headquarters and manufacturing plant in the South-East of Melbourne, located in Dandenong South Victoria, with over 20,000 sqm of under roof engineering, development, and manufacturing facilities. Purpose
The Robot Operator/Welder sets up and loads parts into robotic welders and ensures safe, high-quality welding operations.
This position also offers training and growth in robot programming and automated welding technology.
Key Accountabilities
* Studying drawings and specifications to determine job requirements.
* Modifying welding programs and welding settings according to material thickness and type of material.
* Programming welding robot for new parts.
* Complete jobs on-time and to the required quality standards with limited supervision.
* Assisting maintenance personnel with any information required to ensure the robots are maintained in good operational condition.
