The von Bibra Parts team are now seeking a Storeperson/Warehouse Customer Service Coordinator to support the efficient operation of the warehouse while providing high‐quality customer service. This role is responsible for coordinating customer collections, responding to enquiries, managing incoming emails, assisting with order processing, and carrying out general warehouse duties. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced environment.
This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday shift.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Coordination
* Monitor, manage, and respond to all incoming emails from internal and external stakeholders.
* Follow up on outstanding emails to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
* Liaise with other departments to obtain required information and provide updates to customers and team members.
* Maintain clear, professional communication and ensure enquiries are logged and resolved.
* Assist with resolving order discrepancies, delays, or customer issues in a timely manner.
Warehouse & Storeperson Duties
* Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch or collection.
* Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock in designated locations.
* Assist with regular stocktakes and cycle counts.
* Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely (if licensed).
* Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and adherence to WHS standards.
Safety & Compliance
* Follow all warehouse safety procedures and safe work practices.
* Ensure work areas are kept clean, organised, and hazard‐free.
* Report hazards, incidents, equipment faults, or stock damage promptly.
Skills, Experience & Attributes
Essential
* Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or storeperson role.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
* Experience managing and responding to emails in a business environment.
* Good attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload.
* Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks.
* Basic computer skills, including email and inventory systems.

Due to the demands of this role, you will need to be able to undertake manual work as standing and lifting is a daily requirement for this position.
Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 20kg as part of regular warehouse duties.
