Project Manager - Assets (2 year contract term)TRILITY is seeking a Project Manager responsible for the on-time and on-budget delivery of our asset management program in the Townsville region, North Queensland. This position is a 2-year fixed-term contract.The roleAs a Project Manager – Assets, you will manage the delivery of the asset management program through the execution of Replacement and Refurbishment (R&R) and Capital projects for our Operations contract.This involves managing your own projects and mentoring other Project Managers within the Operations team.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver R&R and Capital projects, including reporting and resource planning.Coordinate resources during all stages of project delivery.Communicate with Operations teams during planning and execution.Prepare project scopes and budgets.Provide technical input into project design and delivery.Manage the Project Works database.Assist in updating asset management plans, including WOL plans and costings.Support business development and growth opportunities.Contribute to the development and review of TRILITY’s project delivery framework.Deliver project reports aligned with contractual requirements.Potentially investigate and deliver other asset management projects at TRILITY sites.What we are looking forDegree, tertiary qualification, or over 5 years of vocational experience.Project management skills, including project delivery, design management, compliance, planning, reporting, and commissioning.Strong tender management and delivery skills for complex projects.Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office suite.Excellent time-management skills for handling multiple projects.Strong written and oral communication skills.Technical understanding of the water and wastewater sector (highly regarded).Why TRILITY?TRILITY is a leader in water, wastewater, and reuse solutions across New Zealand and Australia, with over 25 years of experience serving public and private clients through the full water lifecycle.What we offerAttractive remuneration package.Flexible working arrangements.Positive, dynamic work culture.Autonomy and ownership in your role.Career development opportunities.On-the-job training and professional development.Wellbeing programs, including EAP and Headspace membership.To applySubmit your application with a cover letter and resume via the Seek apply button.
