Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the resort in the absence of senior staff.

You will lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests and members have an outstanding experience. This is a permanent full-time role with varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.


Key Responsibilities:

* Leadership and Team Management
o Provide effective leadership to the Front Office, Housekeeping, and relevant teams.
o Create a safe, team-oriented, challenging, and motivating work environment.
* Customer Service and Experience
o Ensure that all guests and members receive excellent customer service.
o Tend to their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
* Resort Operations and Maintenance
o Monitor the operation of the property to ensure presentation meets agreed standards.
o Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations.
* Induction and Training
o Assist in the induction and training of new staff aligned with RACV policies and procedures.
* Risk Management and Compliance
o Identify, report, and control hazards and risks in line with RACV HSW policy and procedure.
* Reporting and Analysis
o Develop and prepare statistical reports as directed by management.
* Physical Requirements
o Ability to perform physical requirements of the role, e.g., working on your feet and heavy lifting.


Requirements:

* Experience
o 1-2 years' experience in a similar role desirable.
* Skills and Qualifications
o Excellent administration and organisational skills.
o A high attention to detail.
o Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster.
