Our organization is a leading exporter of high-quality hay products worldwide. We collaborate with growers to source, store, and process hay through our extensive supply chain network.
We have recently expanded our operations significantly, acquiring four processing facilities in Western Australia, Victoria, and South Australia, making us a prominent player in the Australian Export Hay industry.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
">
* Analyze and solve process line faults logically.
* Troubleshoot upstream and downstream processing equipment.
* Conduct daily inspections to identify and resolve issues.
* Participate in daily pre-start checks for machines.
* Collaborate on planning, repair, and installation activities.
* Monitor equipment spare inventory and inform about requirements.
* Complete daily PM tasks using the work order system.
* Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and call outs.
* Maintain maintenance logs and report daily activities.
* Develop and implement maintenance procedures as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
">
* Maintenance experience with fixed and mobile plant and machinery.
* Knowledge of PLC operated machines.
* Experience and understanding of Hydraulic systems.
* Hands-on Mechanical, Hydraulic, and fitting shop work.
* Ability to track and report on maintenance activity.
* Strong overall mechanical aptitude.
* Flexibility with work hours.
* Working at heights.
* Physically fit for duties.

Benefits

The site is located in Victoria's Loddon Mallee farming region, approximately 33km from Bendigo.
We operate five days a week, with shifts of 12 hours.
Possible weekend and after-hours call out work may be required.
This is a permanent full-time role.

A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electromechanics is preferred.
