Clinical Territory Manager
to join our team in Queensland- based in Townsville.
Core Responsibilities
* Accountable for achieving and striving to exceed the Sales Target for specified healthcare Territory by:
* selling and providing clinical education to existing Medical Surgical Division customers on the benefits of Solventum products to drive and grow revenue.
* identifying new accounts/customers and extending product usage within the Negative Pressure/Wound Care Pillar, to drive and grow revenue
* Ensures sales and clinical strategy implementation is aligned with commercial directives
* Identifies opportunities via gap analysis, using monthly sales report in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager
* Develops a deep knowledge of the solutions offered by Solventum Medical Surgical Division and how they can be applied in clinical settings
* Conduct professional and impactful business reviews to help customers understand current trends, deliver savings opportunities, identify key initiatives, and facilitate projects that drive value to the customer and Solventum
* Carries out duties independently with periodic supervision and assistance.
Key Criteria (Preferrable)
* Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred), or science related field
* Sales experience within medical devices or consumables- preferred.
* Positive, can-do attitude
* Strong relationship skills
* Have flexibility and adaptability in approach to tasks.
* Have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously.
* Experience in Operating theatres
* Experience and or knowledge of Acute Care Sector, Operating Theatres and/or Wound Care.
* Ability to travel periodically- up to 30% of the time
