Never Sit Still is an award-winning, design-led animation studio known for creating bold, beautiful, and strategically impactful motion branding. We're looking for a Senior Motion Designer to bring world-class creativity, originality, and polish to our work.
In this role, you'll:
Deliver high-end 2D and/or 3D animation and design across diverse projects
Take creative ownership of a range of projects, and contribute to larger team-led work
Experiment with new techniques and embed innovation into NSS's pipeline
Mentor junior team members and help lift the studio's creative bar
Present confidently to clients, building trust and showcasing NSS's craft
What we're looking for:
* Advanced motion design skills in 2D animation and motion graphics
* Preference for skills in Cel and Cavalry
* Optional skills in 3D animation and motion graphics (ideally Cinema 4D/Redshift)
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator etc)
* Proficiency in Figma
* Strong conceptual thinking and originality
* Eye for detail and polished craft
* Collaborative, positive, and proactive energy
