Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager
Job Description:
This role involves leading technical projects to ensure they meet specific standards and deliver high-quality results. To achieve this, the ideal candidate must possess strong time management skills, be able to solve complex problems, and coordinate stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage data centre service projects, including critical infrastructure implementation and technical services delivery.
* Coordinate planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment across internal teams and external clients.
* Oversee project design, budgeting, and procurement, including high-level design concepts, fit-out budgets, and managing production lead times.
* Support financial control and reporting by working closely with project accountants and finance teams to manage costs and risks.
* Manage commissioning and operational transition, including testing, compliance, licensing, and handover of documentation.
* Ensure effective communication and support by facilitating stakeholder updates, internal staff coordination, and resolution of issues.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing complex technical projects, preferably in the electrical or HVAC space. A background in key project controls, financials, reporting, client management, and contractor supervision and management skills are also essential.
