We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead onsite overhauls of steam and gas turbines.
About the Role
This pivotal role is responsible for delivering technical direction and support during critical outages. The ideal candidate will oversee the assessment, disassembly, reassembly, and condition monitoring of turbine components, ensuring top-tier performance for clients in power generation, petrochemicals, mining and heavy industry.
* Lead on-site turbine overhauls, directing disassembly/reassembly and supporting field teams with technical expertise.
* Conduct condition assessments on turbine components and recommend corrective actions with engineering input.
* Prepare and review HSEQ documentation, including Inspection & Test Plans and Safe Work Method Statements, and quality procedures.
* Coordinate outage planning by advising tooling needs, developing schedules, and assisting with execution.
* Liaise with customers and internal teams, providing technical input during sales engagements and reporting.
* Support continuous improvement by addressing nonconformances, completing technical documentation, and travelling across APAC as needed.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent experience, along with 10+ years in technical field roles for steam or gas turbines. OEM-backed training on steam and gas turbines is also highly desirable. Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint are essential, as well as strong communication and organizational abilities.

* Deep knowledge of industrial equipment, maintenance practices, and outage management principles.
