About the Role
The Chief Marketing Officer will lead the overall marketing strategy for Roll’d, driving brand growth, customer engagement, and commercial performance across all channels. This role is responsible for shaping how millions of customers experience Roll’d, from first impression to repeat visit, across in-store, digital, delivery, and loyalty platforms.
You will be a key member of the executive leadership team, working closely with our CEO to position Roll'd as a leading QSR brand across Australia and New Zealand. You will drive sales, brand growth, and digital performance through the development of a high-performing, world-class marketing team.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the enterprise-wide brand and marketing strategy across the Roll’d Hospitality Group, ensuring alignment with long-term commercial objectives, market positioning, and franchise network growth initiatives.
* Drive sustainable customer acquisition, retention, frequency, and revenue growth through integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies across retail, digital, loyalty, delivery, and partnership platforms.
* Lead the strategic direction and optimisation of digital marketing, CRM, loyalty, social media, and customer engagement ecosystems, leveraging data, automation, and performance analytics to maximise customer lifetime value and return on investment.
* Establish a data-led marketing function by leveraging customer insights, behavioural analytics, market intelligence, and performance reporting to inform strategic decision-making, campaign effectiveness, and commercial outcomes.
* Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing leadership team while fostering strong cross-functional alignment with executive stakeholders, franchise partners, operations, and external agency networks.
* Own and manage the national marketing budget, ensuring disciplined financial governance, effective resource allocation, and measurable ROI across all brand, media, and customer growth investments.
About You
* Senior marketing leadership experience (CMO / Head of Marketing level)
* Strong background in QSR, FMCG, retail, or hospitality
* Proven ability to drive sales growth through marketing strategy
* Experience in digital marketing, brand building, and customer engagement
* Strong commercial mindset with data-driven decision making
* Confident leader with experience managing teams and stakeholders up to board level
