About the Role
As the first point of contact for the firm, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our clients. This role requires someone who is organised, adaptable, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service every day.
In addition to front-of-house and administrative responsibilities, you will be expected to work collaboratively with the wider team. A willingness to learn new systems will be highly regarded. You will also be required, from time to time, to assist with and cover duties for other team members while they are on leave, ensuring continuity of service across the firm.
About You

* Work considerately and cooperatively as part of a team
* Present professionally and maintain a strong customer-service focus
* Have accurate typing skills and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Possess a keen eye for detail, particularly in document management, scanning and collation
* Are a confident and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar client-facing/customer service role
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the firm professionally and courteously
* Strong time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and general office systems
* Experience with LEAP software (highly regarded)
* A flexible, team-oriented approach and a genuine passion for providing exceptional client service
