Customer Service Consultant
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be at the heart of our operations, supporting the day-to-day activities of our care home. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support, ensuring that our residents and their families receive the highest level of care and attention.
Job Description:
* Resident Placement: Provide warm, welcoming, and informative introductions to prospective residents and their loved ones, handling enquiries and coordinating admissions with ease.
* Employee Service: Support and oversee the employee experience, administering rosters, recruitment activities, onboarding new starters, and managing annual and sick leave.
* Reception/Administration: Effectively lead the customer and administrative experience function, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Patient and calm demeanor, with a sunny disposition, when working in a fast-paced care environment.
* Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, particularly when dealing with worried family members or confused residents.
* Intermediate to advanced skills across the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Previous experience in a similar admin/customer service role.
* Highly developed organisation and time management skills, prioritising tasks and working independently.
