We are a profit for purpose organisation, locally owned and managed, with a proud 20-year history of investing more than $5 million into our community through community grants, sponsorships, donations and scholarships.
The opportunity
We are seeking a Business and Partnerships Coordinator to drive business development and community partnerships that strengthen both our business and our region. This new role will deliver our Community Impact Strategy through the Community Engagement Program, while building sustainable business opportunities for the future.
Reporting to the Board, you'll bring a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution – including the ability to develop plans, gain approval, implement and deliver outcomes that make a tangible impact.
About you
We are looking for someone experienced in business development and partnerships, who is confident working with a Board of Directors and Senior Management Team. Key skills include:
* Highly organised
* Self-motivated
* Well-developed communication
* Negotiation
* Ability to develop and nurture collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals
We are seeking someone with degree qualifications (or near completion) in business, marketing, management, project management or a related field.
Full-time is preferred, however flexibility for part-time hours (minimum 30 per week) can be considered. As this role is community and stakeholder facing, occasional after-hours commitments can occur.
