About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Service Design Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service design solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of service design strategies that meet departmental objectives and adhere to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee ICT service management functions to ensure service design activities meet departmental objectives and adhere to quality standards.
* Foster strong technical understanding of modern ICT infrastructures, including multi-vendor environments, networks, software solutions, and security protocols.
* Facilitate business decision-making processes and capture and disseminate technical and business information.
Requirements:
* Experience with industry-standard service design frameworks such as ITIL, Agile, or similar methodologies.
* Extensive experience in managing and overseeing ICT service management functions.
* Strong technical skills, including knowledge of modern ICT infrastructures.
