Executive Chef Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team in the beautiful coastal town. This is a unique opportunity for a talented chef to take on a leading role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers.
As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for:
* Creating and implementing menus that showcase fresh, locally-sourced ingredients
* Collaborating with the culinary team to develop new dishes and refine menu items
* Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience
* Participating in menu planning and inventory management
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a senior chef, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality setting
* Strong working knowledge of food preparation, culinary techniques, and menu planning
* Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
* Passion for using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and supporting local suppliers
* Current Food Handling Certificate or equivalent qualification
