Ozcare has casual opportunities available for a Scheduler based at our Mackay Community Care branch.
Your Role
As Scheduler you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include:
* Schedule the provision of care services to clients
* Enter data to meet internal and external funding requirements
* Maintain confidentiality of information pertaining to clients, carers, employee and Ozcare
* Schedule the appropriate employees to suit the needs of the clients in accordance with directions from the Service Delivery Manager
* Actively participate in and contribute to workplace quality improvement activities

Role Requirements
* Current Police Screening Certificate
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
* Tertiary Qualifications (as appropriate) and/or relevant experience in a health-related field e.g. Health and Human services and experience in administration
* Extensive experience in technology skills along with office systems
* Experience in scheduling staff
