As a dedicated professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of business support services across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Procurement Team to provide guidance and assistance in procurement activities, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with established processes.
* Support the Business Services Officer in delivering high-quality financial, asset, and administrative services, including contract management and general administration.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare budgets for various units, promoting transparency and effective resource allocation.
* Maintain the highest standards of quality in performance of duties, adhering to best practices and organizational systems.

Requirements:

* Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills, to facilitate effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
* Level 2 Procurement accreditation is highly desirable, demonstrating expertise and commitment to professional development.
