As a technical expert in our Maintenance Team, you will troubleshoot and solve complex problems related to Tactical Communications equipment. This role involves providing hands-on technical support, scheduling resources, and delivering end-to-end technology solutions for national security.
About the Role:
* You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Defence RF assets, SATCOM equipment, and commercial radios.
* Your key responsibilities include efficient product diagnostics, accurate data collection, and direct customer support.
* You will work closely with colleagues to provide feedback and coaching, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with Health and Safety legislation.
