Lead Chef Position
We seek an accomplished and experienced chef to spearhead our kitchen's daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Food Service Management: Plan, prepare, and refine menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
* Team Leadership: Supervise a cohesive kitchen team, fostering a positive work environment.
* Quality Control: Maintain food presentation, taste, portion size, and timeliness to meet the highest standards.
* Inventory Management: Coordinate ordering, monitor stock levels, and ensure efficient procurement processes.
* Compliance & Safety: Uphold HACCP protocols, maintain kitchen hygiene, and ensure equipment maintenance.
* Event Support: Collaborate with the events team on private functions, dinners, and tasting nights.
