We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support for procurement, contract administration, and compliance reporting. This role involves maintaining accurate data, supporting reporting activities, and collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to achieve effective outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Support procurement and contract administration processes across the full lifecycle
* Maintain accurate data within systems and ensure timely, compliant reporting
* Assist in monitoring supplier performance and resolving data or reporting anomalies
* Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to achieve positive outcomes
* Provide general administrative support and contribute to continuous process improvements
About You
* Strong administrative experience, within procurement or contracts
* High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Confident using systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
* Effective communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
* Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and validate information
